PUPPY BRITE 2013
Responsible for making only the head
The original reference for this suit was a toy of Puppy Brite that the client had. We changed a few things up to make the character look more anthro and unique while still keeping the "chibi" or cute and childlike like qualities. A lot transformed from the concept as well as adding color to the eyes and nose so that the head stayed more colorful.

PROCESS
The head was sculpted completely from upholstery foamand furred with luxury quality furs. The eyes were mostly made from poster board with buckram to see through and styrene on the edges to give the "follow-me" eye effect. The ears were sewn separately, stuffed, and then stitched on to the head. This was my first time working with fur hair which ended up being a bit flatter than I had wanted but still a great learning experience.
